H7 Chat child safety standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

H7 Chat is a mobile messaging service with friends, groups, private chats, media sharing, translation, and calls. These standards explain how we prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, and behavior that endangers minors.

Our standards against CSAE and CSAM

These standards apply to all users, all messages, profile content, group content, media, private chats, reports, feedback, and other use of H7 Chat services.

01

Zero tolerance

H7 Chat prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material, and any attempt to exploit, endanger, groom, coerce, or harm children.

02

Prohibited conduct

Users may not solicit, distribute, store, promote, or normalize CSAM, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, sextortion, trafficking, or abusive contact with minors.

03

Safer communication

H7 Chat provides reporting, blocking, content safety handling, group reporting, and account restriction tools to reduce harmful behavior and support user safety.

How users can report child safety concerns

H7 Chat includes reporting paths in chat and settings surfaces. Reports help us review safety issues involving users, groups, and messages.

Reportable objects

Users can report:

  • Individual users from chat settings.
  • Group chats from group settings.
  • Messages sent by other users from the message action menu.
  • Additional evidence through the feedback channel when needed.

Report reasons

The current app supports safety reasons such as harassment or abuse, sexual or vulgar content, violence or threats, hate or discrimination, scam or fraud, spam advertising, illegal content, and other concerns.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately in addition to reporting the issue in H7 Chat.

How H7 Chat handles child safety reports

When a report or safety signal indicates potential CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or danger to a minor, we may review related information and take action according to severity and legal requirements.

A

Review

We may review reported users, group chats, messages, media, profile information, report descriptions, timestamps, and safety records needed to assess the report.

B

Action

Depending on the case, we may remove content, restrict features, block delivery, disable accounts, preserve evidence, or permanently ban accounts.

C

Legal reporting

When we identify confirmed CSAM or CSAE content, we will report it to NCMEC or relevant regional and national authorities as required by applicable law.

Use by minors should be guided by guardians.

H7 Chat is mainly intended for users with full capacity for civil conduct. Minors under 18 should use the service only with parent or guardian consent and guidance.

Guardian guidance

Guardians should help minors use online communication tools safely, avoid privacy leakage, avoid harmful content, and report suspicious or abusive contact immediately.

Protective action

If we discover that we collected personal information from a minor without guardian consent, or that a minor may be at risk, we will take necessary protective measures according to the situation and applicable law.
